SHIKOLO [VERIFY — registered entity and address] is the controller of the personal data described here. We collect as little as the work allows.
What we hold
- Enquiries. Name, email address, country, and anything written in the message field.
- Waitlist. Email address only.
- Orders. Name, delivery and billing address, email, telephone, and order history. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach us [VERIFY — name the processor].
- Site use. [VERIFY — this site currently sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If analytics are added, name the tool, its retention period, and add a consent banner.]
Why we hold it
To answer enquiries, to fulfil and support orders, to meet accounting and tax obligations, and to write to the waitlist when a new object exists. We do not profile, and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract for orders; consent for the waitlist; legitimate interest for answering enquiries; legal obligation for records we are required to keep.
How long
- Enquiries: 24 months from the last exchange [VERIFY].
- Waitlist: until you unsubscribe, which every message will let you do in one click.
- Order records: as long as tax law requires [VERIFY — years].
Who else sees it
Only the processors we need to trade: the payment provider, the shipping carrier, our email host, and our accountant. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instruction. [VERIFY — list each named processor and any transfer outside the EEA together with its safeguard.]
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Write to studio@shikolo.studio and we will answer within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

This site stores nothing on your device. There is no local storage, no session storage, and no tracking cookie.
